So I've come home & my trumpet coral has fallen off the rock onto a chalice frag I've had on the sandbed.

Looks like it's insides have come out & I had to separate them.

Anyone have any experience of this & how can I help this revover...if it will ever recover?!

Those look like they have a very good chance of recovery. Some people do an iodine dip or similar to try to prevent infection. Personally I try not to unless they start looking worse as it seems to stress them out.

I'm going to leave them then to see if they heal up. They've survived before when I had a big nutrient swing in my tank, basically looked like crusty skeletons then bounced back into big juicy heads.....until today!

I think 1 or 2 heads have died, the other looks like it might be OK

Caulastrea is bulletproof and that chalice doesn't look to hurt. Should be fine.
