Trumpet coral withering away

I have a neon trumpet coral that was doing great it is about 4 years old and was growing, splits, and fraged multiple times for friends. About six months ago I noticed it not opening as full. Over time it has shriveled up and retracted into the skeleton. Some heads are gone.
Rather than list everything the pH, Ca, nitrate, pho’s, Mg, SG, all are within normal limits. I feed reef roids and reef chili using spot feeding with a syringe. LEDs with PARA close to 200. I use all reef as an additive.
I have run out of ideas. Does anyone have anything?

Have you changed anything like light or flow or moved it?

Nothing has changed. That is what is perplexing to me.

When did you start using all for reef?

pH, Ca, nitrate, pho’s, Mg, SG, all are within normal limits.

What are nitrate and phosphates? Normal limits are different from person to person.

I’ve gone from a 3 head trumpet frag I bought 4 years ago, grew to around to 20 heads, lost a bunch and now I have about heads 60 from the one frag.

Possible youre feeding too much but I doubt it. I’ve had them not do well with frequent feedings I think take forever to digest food. I don’t think that’s happening here though based on your food regimen.

one thing I can think of is when I got mine they slowly started dying and I couldn’t find out why. Apparently there was a small burrowing worm inside the stony skeleton of the coral. Mine slowly died off almost completely. I FW dipped them, they looked DEAD. And now they’re 9 heads from two nearly dead heads six months ago.

photos of mine attached. FW dip is super hard on LPS. But if you think they’re gonna die anyway, it saved mine.
