i guess im suprised anything like that could grow in my tank it is not yet set up for reef. its slowly getting there. and this is what they look like in the beginning?

Hardy hitch hikers. Keep an eye on them. They can spread but not as fast as people make it sound in my experience.just keep in mind paly toxins and interaction with other coral

ya i have been reading and alot of people are shaming them for high toxicity and their "plague" growth rate. idk. alot look extremely pretty
Paly... you've read about the toxin... take it seriously. It can and will kill you if you don't respect it! They'll likely spread which is great if you want them to... if you don't then check safe ways of disposing of them or sacrifice the rock to palys and just put it on the sand well away from other rocks.
