Trusting someone is very important so with that in mind who is your most trusted go to online store to buy livestock?

Why do you trust them? Tell us about your experience

I've only ordered from liveaquaria.com and live-plants.com. I was sure that a goby I got from liveaquaria wasnt going to make it because the water was frigid and the fish was totally lifeless but it came back to life and is still doing great at least six months later. While not "livestock", Dr Foster/Smith is who I used for live sand which was damaged in transit and they made it right no questions asked. BRS has continued to impress with everything ordered. In all honesty, I've never been burned within the industry.

I've placed two orders with live aquaria within the last 3 weeks. First time ordering salt water fish online. First order, all but two fish shipped. I paid extra for Saturday delivery. So when I didn't receive the other 2 fish I canceled my order, didn't want them to ship out during the week when I was gone. Had no issues!

Second order, entire purchase arrived. Everything was fine for the first few days, after 4 days on of the wrasses passed. I took a picture of it in the tank, and another outside of the tank. Emailed support, the next day (I emailed them on a Sunday) I got a response stating the total would be refunded to my card. I am still waiting for that to process.

So 2 orders from live aquaria, both have been positive. Wouldn't hesitate to spend my money there!

My go to for livestock would have to be Worldwidecorals.com but there are many company's that have outstanding reps. Most everything I've ordered from them has come in the best a reefer could ask for. (Alive 1st lol, pest and disease free, and the representation on the site of said coral matches after its acclimation) I had some smooth skin acros not make the journey and they replaced them no issue.
+1 on Bulk Reef with dry goods hands down!

for corals I 2nd @AquaSD on one order I bought a show LOBO some how it got switched did not have the colors I wanted but they made it right. ( i have a lobo on credit ) just wish they wound sale fish to. hint hint so you got all you want in one place! I think I have ordered from them 3 times.

for fish it's L.A just ordered the other day the over night plane got delayed one fish did not ship not and the other 2 not sure there gonna make it. but L.A has always been top notch CS and taken care if things go bad. like the what rev, said trust is key...

For sticks, Adam @Battlecorals hands down everything has been in great shape and nearly bulletproof. As far as customer service, Adam is truly unparalleled. He will spend time helping you diagnose a problem whether it is directly related to his livestock or not. Even though it is his livelihood, he approaches it as his passion.

For fish, Zoacollector and NY Aquatics. For corals- Joe Knows Reefs, Unique Corals, BSA. All of my livestock from these vendors has been rock solid.

I've used liveaquaria.com multiple times now. They have fantastic customer service and healthy stock. Ships well too and arrives healthy. If something goes wrong with shipping they are very nice and will replace/refund for any damages. Highly recommended.

Always bought livestock and coral from the LFS. When I'm ready to do coral again, I'll purchase online. Fish purchases online would have to be a rarity - something I can't get from my LFS.

For LPS and softies, I highly recommend @AquaSD. They ship quality corals, never a DoA yet.

I've used most of the main ones, my favorite so far is Jason fox.

He seems to be the only one with aquaculture only.... which eliminates the need for quarantine,(obviously at your own risk) but I personally trust him.

His stuff was photographed accurately in the WYSIWYG sale. Shipping and customer service was excellent.

Next on my list to try is Battlecorals. Been seeing nothing but great things about them. I only buy sticks pretty much.
