Trying again

Starting up again got some fish in qt while my display is in fallow doing things right from now on got this qt setup with a under gravel filter to promote beneficial bacteria and a green machine 9watt uv pump filter to aide its been cycling for over a month now with no fish my parameters are gold adding the fish now to this qt made sure the fish ate @ the lfs all looked good been watching them for about 2 weeks @ the lfs to determine any possible illments so far so good atleast i hope so

I'd add some PVC 90 degree pipes in there for hiding places. The idea of QT tank also is a low stress environment and if the fish don't have hiding places to sleep they get stressed out and more likely to die.

No need for UV on QT. Or at least if you end up using meds of any kind you will want to turn it off. It will cause issues.

The rock can also absorb medications. Best of luck!

So update fish are doing great cant wait to get them in the display 40days to go
