I like them. Post more.![]()
Same here. I'm new to DSLR and I take 10 pics of one coral to get one semi good pic. I don't even have a macro lens yet but I will eventually.

Nice Shots, What type of camera you using if you dont mind me asking?
Nice shots, look forward to seeing more when you are able to post them.
Since I'm just starting out it takes an obnoxious amount of pics to get the one perfect one (or almost perfect).
:clap2: Awesome pics!
Awesome pics!
what macro lens you have ?
Great pics! Did you paint glitter on some of those? LOL I've never seen coral that shimmers!
Awesome pics. From my understanding, even the pros take huge numbers of pictures in order to get that one perfect shot. Eventually you'll reduce the number needed, but there will still be many in the "junk" bin.
Yeah, those are good.
Thank you!
Thank you, I actually use a standard 30mm lens wand a neat little DIY trick which allows you to mount the lens to the camera backwards. If anyone is interested I can post more details about how to do that. It costs ~$10-$20 versus $500-$600.
Thank you! The second and third are close ups of my maxima clam and the other sparkly one is some neat macro algae I have.
Thanks!
looks great.

+1 me too!
Love the shots, bongo! I've just started using a DSLR too and wow i'll take 200 pics and like maybe 1 or 2 of them. Totally brings a different aspect to the hobby and I'm pretty addicted to macro shots already.
The halloween hermit is a nice pic, i really like that one. keep on posting!
