I have 210g with dual overflows. The problem I'm having is I'm getting alot of large and small bubbles coming into the sump. What I have is the two teed into each other and both have there own valves. The sump is a three chamber with a fuge in the middle. The first chamber is where the water comes from the tank then there are three baffles that are bubble traps then the fuge then the next chamber is the pump to the tank. I'm seeing a lot of micro bubbles. I'm not sure what to do.

The overflows should not have any valves restricting flow to the sump. Wide open or completely closed, no in between. It is the return pump that will determine the overflow and return rates, the oveflows will balance themselves according to the pumps GPH. If the pump seems to be too much flow and the overflows cannot keep up then you install a ball or gate valve in the discharge line between the pump and display returns to throttle flow at that point.

If the system is new it is not uncommon to see microbubbles for a few weeks until everything becomes "seasoned" or gets a slime coat on it. The bubbles will more than likely go away on their own once this happens.

The only reason I have valves on them is because one of the overflows has a longer run to get into the sump so I had to slow down the closest return

How far does the plumbing go down into the water? If it is too far down it can cause more bubbles. Also adding a filter sock can help a lot.

You still should not need to use valves, the flows will balance themselves out. Valves in an overflow isasking for trouble with something catching on the valves disc or gate and causing a flood, wide open at all times.

I have a 125g with dual overflows and returns. I have a gate valve on each return to adjust individually. I also added a filter sock to the two drains that exit in the sump. That made a HUGE difference. You don't even need a sock holder really just put the sock around the pipes.

Here is a video I just took of it in operation...

id throw them both into one, but expect to see your skimmer go kinda crazy for a little bit though if you dont wash the sock before putting it in your tank
