I've had a six line for over several years in a 180g 72x24x24" and he bothers no one. I have 5 smaller anthias, 2 damsels, yellow tail chromis, pair of clowns and 5 tangs and the 6 line bothers no one. He just cruises around in the rocks pecking at them.
I kept a melanurus for a few years and it never spit sand.
