Trying to Contact Genesis Reef Systems, HELP!

Does anyone know how to reach Genesis Reef Systems? First time I plugged in STORM ATO unit, it's completely dead. I have sent emails via their contact link on their webpage with no response, and there is no phone number I see anywhere.

Not an option. I purchased 2.5 years ago and just now getting systems on line (major delay attributable to fixing the crappy workmanship on the Coast to Coast tank that THEY wouldn't stand behind, as well as re-engineering/trouble-shooting/designing around just about every single issue/setback you could think of!).

I did, though, get some contact information.
