Thank you for the response Randy , I just have not ordered in a while and was so upset over the brs new price tag it’s more of a principle to me not to pay that when I feel it’s not right but any who I’m going to give it a go and see how it pans out thank you for your input .

Most high quality calcium products should be usable for the hobby. 94-97% pure is good for reef usable calcium chloride without getting too pricey.
@Richard baker I was also confused on pricing and started looking into it. Found out a venture capital fund purchased BRS (who subsequently purchased marine depot), ecotech, and Neptune systems after Covid. I have no doubt there is a premium being paid to the fund to recoup their ‘investment’. Actually tried to see if I could but into the fund but it’s closed.
