Trying to figure out these two

So I'm new to the hobby and don't know all the terminology for searching things and hoping someone can identify these two items as I was looking around. Both are circled and the one on the red rock is semi translucent and tiny. The other one is also pretty small and looks fanish.

feather dusters. People pay big money for the colorful ones. Its all good.
