trying to ID a fish. no pic

they look like a freshwater tetra fish. very tiny, but i think they are in the Apogon sp. family. clear transparent body. single or double red horizontal line down the body. blue tail? i think eye might also have red highlights... saw it at a LFS once, never seen it since. the guy said he rarely gets'em in...but they look just perfect for a nano. any ideas?

anyone seen'em before? found some on a japanese site called cpfarm.com...they called it neontenjikudai. now to find an american vendor that sells these... to translate the japanese site, use google website translate to browse...

...really?? i've searched around ri, ma, and ny for those fish...still no luck. if i pay shipping + fish price, would you buy me some?? :D
