It looks like an asterina. Theyre considered to be pests by some and harmless by others.

Asterina. They can be part of the cleanup crew but some dislike them because they can sometimes overpopulate a tank

+1 asterina. Generally harmless but can multiply very quickly of theres to much excess food left floating around

I spread them around my tanks so there is always some in all. I've never had one bother anything, btw, and have been doing this for 30+ years now. You'd think that if there were so many "bad" ones I'd have run into them by now.

Are you implying the bad ones dont exist, because they do. It's great that they don't bother anything in your tank but it's still good to let others know there's a possibility they can. We actually think there really neat but we liked our utter chaos zoas better, lol.
