So I have some of what I think is algae but I'm unsure. It looks like thick algae and it is on only certain parts of the rocks. None on the glass. Hardly any algae on the sand bed either. few pics i had will try to take better ones and post them with the white lights on. Any help is appreciated.

It's very hard, next to impossible, to identify with such blue lights. Can you turn the blue off and take pictures using only the white lights?

Very interesting. The bubbles do remind me of when I get bacteria mats in my tank. Have you tried removing it by chance? If it can be sucked out with something like a turkey batsor really easy, I would go with it being a bacteria.
