trying to raise my kh.

hello i am trying to raise my kh, right now its 8.3 and i am trying to get to 9.5. i used the reef chem calculator using randys diy 2 part mix and i was given this ammout to dose 64.2ml is this a daily dose? right now my cal is 480 and my alk is 8.3 the alk will lower my cal correct. and to start i am only going to dose alk to start should i dose it at night or day. thx for the help

Seems to me that your alk is low because cal is high. What is your mag reading. With mag being low it will be hard to balance the others

Don't forget about sump water volume if you have one. If you want to raise alk by 1.2 dkh you can do it over 1-2 days. Your Ca is fine, a bit high, so increasing alk will balance all. Just check alk and Ca after dosing.
