Trying to set up apex and having trouble

I had taken a break after a tank crash a few years ago. Have had a tank for a year now but just now trying to setup the apex cause I bought an apex return pump. I’ve logged in but it says fusion is not connected and I don’t know what to do. I have tried holding the reset down but nothing happens

Likely a few things:
The apex unit via fusion needs a software update or two

If your internet provider or even passwords have changed- you need to change/update that information

Go to top of the page and see if there are messages (numeric) OR symbol prompting updates
