Hello. I am not new and had a lot of posts from my purple and gold torch dying and had showed my tank after several members had asked about my set up. That thread is called " I think its dead!!!! Purple and gold torch. We were not good and dis not do a water change for 3wks. We did a 5g change (37g tank) on Sunday. The picture shows our water chemistry from Sunday to today. Our phosphates for today color was between 2.0 and 5.0. It was impossible to say 100% which color it really was. It seems right in between. For some reason my nitrates doubled. Any tips or suggestion would be great! I will try and post photos of my set up as well

First questions is how old is the tank, what fish are in the tank and what are you feeding/how often/how much?

Here is my tank when the blue lights come on. Other photos are as follows... My canister filter, tank and cabinet, controllers, our top off tank, another cabinet view, filters...we do not rely on these to "filter" per say. We use the water intake to get water to our canister filter then it returns "through" the water Reservoir system on the filters, light set up... Note our lights are not directly over the tank! It was too strong. It is set up vertically to the tank amd reflected back down, the clear little tube is from our top off which goes into the Reservoir the filters then added to the tank, shot of intake tube for canister, shot of lights on, tank during day time hours and last night version of tank. Lights are at lowest setting possible. It is an Viparspecta T300 300w LED light. We had To but ot died and we wanted to go LED. It is set too cool.

Tank was set back up in August of 2020. It was sitting with no fish or filtration for almost a year. It did have water. We did cycle it back before adding fish. 2 clown fish and 1 lemon tang. There are 2 hermit crabs and 2 slug things (do not know what they are) we had some very small star fish that appeared but I have not seen them for awhile. We do have a couple mushrooms and another coral. I feed the clown fish about 6 pellets every morning and the tang 1/2 sheet of seaweed. We do micis about once a week
