I am about to do TTM on my fish from the DT. I have 2 lyretail anthias, 1 sailfin, 1 p owder brown, 1 foxface. What is the smallest tank I could get away with for the process. After TTM they will be going in a 40 gal for the remainder of the fallow period.

How large are the tangs? I would think a 20L might work, but you may have to do a water change a day or so before each transfer.

the tangs are kinda small 4". I'm thinking about just doing CP on the tangs and foxface, and TTM on the anthias.

I could do that.... one tank with CP and one with Copper. Good idea, will Copper Safe be good for the anthias?

Coppersafe would be good for all the fish actually. Of course, if you want to use CP on the others, that's fine as well.

Thanks for the help, everything was great for 3 months.... I added an order of inverts and BAM!!!! 4 days later my PBT and foxface are covered

The PBT will always let you know right away when something bad was introduced to the tank. lol Sorry for the trouble. You say "covered" and that makes me think velvet not ich. I think quick action would be prudent just in case.

I'm madder than anything. I QT'd all these fish when I got them. Now I have to catch them (somehow) and leave the tank empty for 3 months.

But thank you for all your help

Your welcome. We can only do our best. Inverts can bring in all kinds of things that we don't think of... corals too. Be careful in the future :)
