I thought this was pretty interesting. These were frags from the same colony in my display. The larger one has been growing in my frag tank for about 2 months now, the smaller one I just broke off from the mother colony. My frag tank is lit by a single XR30 gen 3 pro, while the display is lit by a ATI hybrid powermodule. The colony in my display is getting about 300-400 par, while the frag tank is only getting about 150-250 par. Side by side, the color differences is quite noticeable. One looks more like the traditional tubbs stellata.
