Tube connections for Sicce 1.0 return pump

Hello!! Hopefully I’m posting in the correct section! So I’m setting up a 29g biocube and I purchased a Sicce syncra 1.0 return pump but didn’t think of how I was going to connect it‍ Can anyone suggest where I can get the tubing/inserts that’ll fit it today? Would Lowe’s or Home Depot have it? Thanks I’m advance

use stainless steel hose clamp for out of water connector. I just use zip ties for connecting to pump underwater
