Tube like fan?

So these are 2 different things. One is white with a fan on the end(pretty small) that there are a few of in my tank. The other is a dark orange/brown. It’s much bigger(2 inches long) and is the only one.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
(don’t mind the Aiptasia. It’s being taken care of.)

If it's a hard solid tube then I'm thinking vermatid worm (they are annoying so you can glue their hole shut). If its soft and squishy it's probably a feather. I misread your post and thought u said both have a feather appearance
