Hi, my Ocellaris Clownfish has not being doing well for a while, and last week I noticed a rough patch on his side. I thought that maybe it was just the result of being a little harassed by his “buddy” but a couple of days ago I noticed some kind of bump in that area.
I suspected fluke (but didn’t want to do a fresh water dip to avoid stressing him), and I dosed the DT with Prazipro as directed. Today it seems that the “bump” has the appearance of some kind of worm/parasite hanging out of his skin.
I don’t think ever seeing something like this. Do you guys have an idea of what it is and how to treat it?
It’s on his left side, on the white skin, near the bottom.

and to me it doesn’t look like Brooklynella, especially because I would expect him to be dead already after several days, but I get your point about carrier, but the other fishes are doing just fine... maybe more like Lymphocystis, it has some kind of cauliflower appearance.
