Tube worm, fans??

Hi all,

I have noticed that my frags are developing fans or tube worms or whatever they may be. My questions are, is this of any concern, what are they actually and will they keep multiplying?

Feather dusters...a worm in a tube that puts out a fan to filter feed. Perfectly harmless and beneficial to tanks imo.
