Tube worm things on corals

I have noticed my corals have grown these little tube worm like things
What are they and are they a problem?
I hope they aren’t a problem, some have grown on the rocks it look kind cool

By description, and lacking better pics.....

Either a feather duster, or vermetid worm. probably the latter if the tubes are hard, and they cast a "net" when feeding the tank.

The blue light makes the picture turn out funny

Actually look more like barnacles with the new pics.

Do they have an "eyelash" shape to them, or are they like a full circle?

Ok so basically If it retracts quickly it’s not a vermetid also if the tube feels like rubbery then it’s not a vermetid honestly looks like a feather duster to me but I’m not entirely sure.
