Tubes in Saltwater Tank Sand

I have a 40 gallon saltwater tank that I have had for about two years. I have recently noticed clear tubes in the sand. Also if oyu look from the outside of the tank I can see red string like things in the sand. I have posted a picture. Should I be concerned?

Nope! They're various sand sifting worms and other "critters" that come in on live rock/live sand/coral.

I know I'm late but...thanks!! I've actually updated this tank to a 55 gallon tank a few years back.

I'm now in the process of building a stand (from scratch) for a 125 gallon tank I'm gonna upgrade to.
