Please forgive me for what may be the dumbest question ever posted on this forum - in short, LFS installed Neptune ATO into my reefer 350. Unfortunately, I just discovered that when the ATO runs, water either shoots
back into the ATO reservoir or into the cabinet surrounding the ATO as opposed to the sump via a lose fitting I’ve taken a picture of below. Video also attached.

Do y’all know what kind fitting this is or how I can tighten/reconnect?

Its a push to connect fitting. There is no way to tighten it. Make sure the tube leaking is fully pushed in. It seals inside with an o ring.
You may need to remove the tube and make sure the end is cut straight or trim a 1/4 inch off and poke it in again.

Gotcha. Thanks. Assuming no way to disconnect and reconnect? Best option probably to cut the tubing and reconnect using a new connection?

EDIT: NVM. Your video just loaded. You rock. Thanks!
