Tubing size ?

I have 3/4" ID White Soft Silicone Tubing, What size barb would I need for it. I want to use this quick disconnect but they only sell it in MM. So what size mm should I get? I am also worried that the outside diameter will be too big. Here is the tubing and disconnect I'm talking about.

0.75 inches is 19 mm, so barb should be slightly bigger, neither choice is for 0.75" id.

Where do you want to use this?

I'm looking for a quick release with shut off valves for my Pax Bellum N18. Do you have any suggestions?

Either the Delta or Eheim listed in your post the right size should work but I don't know about silicone tubing.
This system should work but you would need valves also.
