Tubular-like Growth: Please help ID.

Hello, Can someone help ID these creatures that have started growing in my reef tank? They are somewhat wiry, hard, and extend web-like tentacles at certain points during the day. Thanks much!

Thank you. I got rid of about 6 of them in my tank, including a couple that were on my hammer exoskeleton. There are a couple of remaining spots at the base of the hammer head (see pics) that concern me — are these new hammer heads, or more vermetid?
