Is this something that will get better? Is it something that I did?
Probably not on both counts. Is this something that will get better? Is it something that I did?
I can't see the video for some reason. Is he swimming head up or down?
Think neverending backflips
Sounds like a spinal injury then. When a fish has a swim bladder disorder they swim tail up. Basically, the back half of the fish will seem more buoyant than the front half, and the fish will swim in a way to compensate for that.

However, IME a clownfish is much more likely to have a swim bladder infection or gas bubble than spinal injury. Is the fish still eating? Is a protrusion visible near the fish's swim bladder area??
No not eating
