Tumbleweed superman paly

So about a year ago I purchased a frag "maybe 5 polyps or so" of this paly and pretty much forgot I had it until last night when the thing came screaming across the front of the tank. No joke this thing is doing the Daytona 500 round and round we go. I guess over time it has completely overgrown its plug having well over 80 polyps and about the size of a baseball. How would I go about attaching this thing to something with there being polyps on all sides and the plug in its belly?

I wedged him a cave for the time being, yeah I know to be careful with them.

Didn't know if super glue would have a bad reaction directly on its flesh/ polyps?

That should be fine. I would do it completely while submerged in the water.
