Tuna Blue 160we program suggestins

I have a 160we tuna blue on a 24 x 24 x 20 cube. I just put it on. I mostly have softies and LPS's but want to do some SPS's. Does anyone know what their color and intensity are set on and for how long to get the most growth out of your corals. I appreciate the advice in advance.

I have one I use to spotlight my huge nem. As a bonus it has allowed some mushrooms near by to really split light crazy
Its 12" off the water
On a clock (dial) the Color would be set to 2pm and the Intensity would be set to 3pm
It comes on at 8am and off at 5pm. I dont have it hooked to my apex via 12v so its either on or off. I do have have other lights on the whole tank, so this might not help a whole lot.

I have 2 360s over my 90 gallon. Just today raised the intensity to 90%. 12 hours on, 5 hours peak with a ramp up and down. With the smaller version over the same area you can probably work right up to 100% and still need more.
