Looking for some advise

My ato does not appear to be working correctly not sure how to fix.

If I power it on it will start the pump and I van see whatever come out and going into my sump

This only last about 5 to 10 sec before the pump turns off and it reads the correct level of water but its lower then where I have the sensor.

If I power the sensor the high water alarm comes on so I feel it's the sensor that tells it to pump.

Any suggestions to make this work before i buy a new one

Did you try cleaning the sensor? Maybe there's something coating it and causing it to read incorrectly.

Did a 12 hour bath in hydrogen peroxide with no change.
