Im not sure if I’m seeing what you’re seeing but I do see pineapple sponges. Common in a new tank. If that’s not what you’re seeing could you circle it?
 
I think I see some tunicates in there (I think I can see some super blurry, translucent clear/bluish tunicates scattered around in the pics), but some clearer pics would be needed for a confident ID.

That said, maybe something like Clavelina moluccensis?

My phone does not allow me to get any clearer picks but yea u described em pretty well, they are like a month old and don't look like cavelina, but hey I'm not complaining about free biological filtration!
