This is kinda urgent. my Tunze Osmolator won't stop, it only stops because the sensor goes off? What do I do?

I mean I 100% posted this in anger instead of just taking my time to look! Thank you, I have moved the ro reservoir to the outside of my cabinet so the water level is lower than the tubing and it seems to be working now,I would wipe the sensor with some vinegar to make sure it’s clean and also make sure there are no micro bubbles on it especially if it’s a new one
Check you havnt created a siphon effect so it keeps draining when it’s turned off
Also depending on the size of your tank, you may need to adjust the control inside the control unit. As standard it’s set on medium but for a smaller system it may need turning down to Nano for example
Remember when you reset the unit it always pumps water out for several seconds as part of the self test
Just a few things to try
Your welcome and glad it workedI mean I 100% posted this in anger instead of just taking my time to look! Thank you, I have moved the ro reservoir to the outside of my cabinet so the water level is lower than the tubing and it seems to be working now,
