I have noticed that my Tunze ATO does not seem to be pumping as much water as before. The flow is not much more than a trickle. If I disconnect the pipe it seems to shift a heck of a lot of water. I have tried blowing down the tubing to see if it is blocked and it does take some effort but that might be due to the long length. I have shortened the tubing by a couple of feet and the piece I cut off is easy to blow down.
Is it possible that there is a blockage in the tubing?
Also, is it possible to strip and clean the impeller, I can't see any way of doing it.

possible blockage, especially if you dose kalk. but those pumps are also cheap and may not last too long. can you try a new piece of tubing?
