Tunze 3155 won't stay powered

Dealing with a head scratcher here.
I have a brand new Tunze Osmolator going into a brand new Apex EL and for whatever reason the Tunze powers up, makes the little alarm but before the pump can start the power cuts off and repeats the same step over and over never engaging the pump. Any ideas?

just to elaborate a little more... the new Apex and Tunze were bought 1 week ago because of the exact same issue with my previous ATO so i'm really at a loss why this is taking place.

Is it a new pump, or an old one?

What coding do you have on that outlet in fusion? Assuming it is coded properly, have you tried plugging in another device to that same outlet to see if it has the same issue with shutting off?

i'm using the previous pump as it was only a couple of months old but I could certainly switch pumps if you think that may be the culprit.

Plug the osmolator into the wall. See if it does the same thing. If it does, it's the pump. Was it doing this with the last pump?

As of this moment i don't have any advanced coding applied to it and basically just have it assigned as an ato in the device settings.
So the story goes.... last week this system had an apex classic with plug #4 as my ATO outlet. I came home from work one day and the ato was failing. It beeps to say its on and 3 seconds later does it again.... over and over.
I changed plugs on the eb32 and also ran it from an extension cord with no improvement so i replaced the ato, installed it and 3 days later it starts the same beep 3 seconds beep again process. From this i though maybe the eb32 was shot so i went to a current gen apex only to find the exact same issue with this one too.
Overall my suspicion is it either is faulty transformers (i tried the old and new one) or like the previous respondent mentioned, a faulty pump

I know it's too late here - but next time you're going to troubleshoot a problem by replacing parts, replace the cheap parts first.

The pump is $20 and the transformer is probably $15.

Yea ideally that'd normally be how it goes but there's some nuance to this.
My LFS has spare pumps but not additional transformers. It'll be weeks before i can get one which i don't have before i have to be away from my system for a few days. I need to get this done as i only get a day without an ato before my pump starts sucking air.
Also, the "old" pump is actually a replaced pump that i installed only 2 months ago and i tested the transformer in multiple locations to verify what was actually causing the problem. I can only assume at this point the eb32 outlet caused both of my ato transformers to short OR somehow caused the pump to fail.
None the less, i appreciate the input and will switch out the pump tonight to see if it has any effect and let you guys know.

so all in all outlet #4 on my Apex EB32 which is the relayed outlet was toast and i lost my 2 month old Tunze pump in the space of 3 days.
I appreciate the responses and thankfully things are back on track.
