Tunze 3181 pump not working

Any secrets to getting the pump working? It's not able to pump water out of the sump to the Reactor

Sometimes there is a air bubble in the pump and then the pump does not work, so I will bounce it up and down and then watch to see if the pump is actually moving the water.

Yeah every time your ATO containers runs dry you need to do the Tunze bounce, and then make sure you see the water coming out. Sometimes you have to un plug the wire out of the little box to re set the unit. that is another common issue.

Yeah its a pain but part of the program. To solve some of the issues you can out a check valve on the end of the hose but that doesn’t always work either.

Ya you are getting the air out of the pump. Air compresses, water doesn't compress. I think this has something to do with it.

Also if anyone has searched Tunze not working. Mine wasn't triggering on when water was low but I emailed them they said clean sensor. IT WORKED!
