I searched and didn't find this exact issue. I found a similar one and @'d the Tunze person in last night, still waiting to hear. But I thought I would ask the question here.

The unit was working fantastic for about a week. About 4 days ago we lost power for 20 minutes. I am guessing that maybe this has to do with that event, or it is just coincidental. I didn't have it connected to my Apex, but will connect it once I get it fixed.

So, I have a 130 gallon system that this unit is on. I have 2 others and they are like clockwork. Not sure what is going on here. Now, the sensors (alarm and glass one attached to the same magnet and sit in the pump return area of my sump) sit about 3 inches above where the water currently is. If I unplug the unit, it runs the pump for a bit then shuts off and never comes back on. Occasionally, not all the time, the light for "low level" will be lit. But, mostly, it states "level" and this isn't the case. I have cleaned the sensor and it is fine. I have taken the sensor off the magnet, dropped it in the water and held it above the water and it worked a couple times, but not all the time when I ran that experiment. Occasionally it will turn on, seldom and randomly, but will not even come close to coming to the sensor. It will just stop. I am not sure what to do. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a way for me to do a hard reset on the unit?
