Tunze 6055 with controller not working

Hi,

I just installed a brand-new Tunze 6055. The controller flashes randomly but I can't get the pump to activate. Is it stuck in a mode I don't know about? How can I re-set? The instructions are pretty bad unfortunately and make no mention of trouble shooting.

Not the answer you are looking for but it sound as though you have a bad pump or controller or both. Return it as it is new.
