I’m New to the Apex world and just need to verify what I have programmed.
I created 4 pump profiles for each Tunze, Dawn, Day, Dusk, and Night. I want my program to behave like I think it will.

First is Dawn-left and I want it to start flow at 30% for 10 seconds and switch to 40% for 10 seconds and repeat every 10 seconds.
Dawn-Right will mirror on a reverse schedule. 10 seconds wait to start so 30% starts when the left pump is at 40%

Day-Left and Day-right will do the same with different percentages. So Left will run at 30% and Right will be at 90% and switch every 10 seconds.

Dusk will be identical as Dawn

Night-Left and Night-Right will do the same only one will be off at 0% and on at 30% every 30 seconds.
Here are some screen shots of my Apex Fusion Profiles and lines of code.

Oh and what the deal with code Line 1 already having a name?

There are a couple of issues:

The Initial Off Time does more than simply shift the cycle to begin later. That amount of time is added to the Off Time.
In other words, the "Minimum Intensity" setting is applied during the "Initial Off Time" and "Off Time" of the cycle, and the "Maximum Intensity" setting is applied during the "On Time" of the cycle:

Initial Off Time ---> Minimum setting
On Time ---> Maximum setting
Off Time ---> Minimum setting

So for example if your Dawn-Left profile has this:

Initial Off Time = 0
On Time= 10
Off Time = 10

That adds up to a 20-second repeating cycle.

But your Dawn-Right has these settings:

Initial Off Time = 10
On Time = 10
Off Time = 10

That adds up to a 30-second repeating cycle.

To fix this, you can either change the Off time to 0:

Initial Off Time= 10
On Time = 10
Off Time = 0

Or, you can reverse the percentages and not worry about the Initial Off Time, which would have the same effect of alternating the two pumps opposite each other:

Dawn-LeftDawn-Right
Initial Off = 0
On Time = 10
Off Time = 10
Min = 30
Max = 40
Initial Off = 0
On Time = 10
Off Time = 10
Min = 40
Max = 30

I hope that makes sense.

The other thing you should be aware of is that the If Time values are inclusive, so when you use:

If Time 08:00 to 12:00 Then Dawn-Left

It is applying that profile from 08:00:00 through 12:00:59. That overlaps by 1 minute for your next line of the program:

If Time 12:00 to 17:00 Then Day-Left

You should change it to:

If Time 08:00 to 11:59 Then Dawn-Left

See my tutorial on Apex Timers for more details about OSC (which is what's running behind the scenes with your Profiles) and the If Time command:
