Tunze 9012 MicroBubbles

So my Tunze 9012 has been acting up this week. It was shooting air out the Bottom so I took it apart and found some calcium buildup in air tube. I cleaned it out and reassembled, now it still dumping bubbles into the tank from the top?! Anybody know what would be causing this?
