It’s probably not a big deal as far as performance of the skimmer (which works really well the way). But I was cleaning the cup and lid today when the 1 inch or so cylinder that’s attached to the bottom of the lid came apart. Is it really needed ? Should I just try and glue it back on or forget about it ?
Thanks

It actually is an important part, as it keeps the skimmer from overflowing when the cup fills up. How old is the skimmer?

Thanks,

Craig

I purchased the Skimmer new in Jan 2019 and it’s been in service for 7 months.

Thanks for the fast response and replacement lid. All the Tunze gear I’ve used over the years has always worked great. On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue, Tunze USA (Roger) has always promptly taking care of it. Definitely the best gear and customer service in this industry as far as I’m concerned.
