Tunze ATO 3155 low light wont go off?!

Have only had the ATO running for about a week and noticed last night the low light was on and checked the water level and it was lower than usual so I left it to see if it would kick the pump on and it still hasn't topped it off... Ive been using running pickling lime but the pump doesn't seem to be seized up. I got the ato on amazon and got it because of its reliability, should I return it or is there some trouble shooting I should do first? thanks R2R!

Have you tried unplugging it a few seconds to reset itself. I've had same thing happened and that's done the trick to get it working right again for me.

There we go that did it, I tried unplugging it before I guess I just didnt leave it unplugged long enough, thank you!

Glad it worked for you they are a awesome ato. I don't regret it at all. Happy reefing

Ive been running kalk in my ato with the tunze 3155 for months without issue. Just make sure the pump sits an inch or 2 off the bottom of the container to avoid running the settlement through the pump.
