Tunze ato disco party humming

Hi all

so I re setup my ato today. And all 3 red lights were flashing and beeping. I did the usual and turn it off and on again. Which surprisingly stopped the beeping.
So I turn it on- I hear the beep - pump is not running.

i disconnect it all and reconnect it to make sure the cables are clip in correctly.

I can hear a low hum and occasional splutter on the pump. Very feint. The lights for low /pump are orange.

the controller is responding to the sensor because if I hit the white float it changes the lights.

with the pump low humming when it’s supposed to run. Does that mean the pump has died?

I can’t be sure with the Tunze but I know my Neptune PMUP will get air under it if my ATO runs low and will quit working. I would see if there’s possibly an air bubble by tipping it on its side while submerged?

Hopefully someone with Tunze experience can give you a better answer

So I took your advice and rotated it. I would here it hum and buzz then beep on the control unit. And it kinda repeated that
