Tunze ATO

I have used the Tunze ATO in my Red Sea 240 "The Beast", for over a year. For some reason it has stopped working. Any suggestions for getting it up and running. For the last few days , I am manually replenshing the evaporated water.

You'll need to provide more detail as to what has 'stopped working' before we'll have useful suggestions most likely. The most frequent cause of failures for ATO's are the water level sensors, or the pump itself. I'd also check for salt creep aroudn the sensors and hose inlet.

I have one and the pump goes out occasionally. This is especiall6 a problem if you let the reservoir run low. IF this ends up being the problem they sell replacement pumps separately so you do not have to buy a whole new setup.

I've currently got one just under 2 years old that the optical sensor that registers water level has failed. I'll be sending it in to Tunze for warranty repair this week.
