Tunze Comline Multifilter 3168

Hello,

I've been looking at reefs for the past few days and I have fallen in love with them, but I have 0 experience.
I found a 126L aquarium on marketplace and also this bad boy Tunze Comline Multifilter 3168. Does anyone use it and could recommend it? Is it even enough for 126L?

Been thinking about those for a frag tank. The 3168 is rated for tanks 200 litres and up (so you probably want the next size down).

That’s what I use on my 75 gallons, but the larger version I guess. Tunze 3162. I definitely recommend it; I’ve been using it for almost 2 years without any problems. It’s also quieter that what I have been used to with freshwater.

Sorry for the Windex picture but you can see it on the left, along with the Tunze skimmer.

No, you don’t need a sump. I never had one.

Shot in the dark here but have you ever had the intact on the top stop filtering? I have me on each side of my 75 and they both stopped taking from the surface. Cleanings have not helped

I’m not sure I understand what you’re saying. Can you explain?
