Tunze DC Skimmer 9012

I am having trouble with my skimmer. It is not producing a good foam/skimmate and it is foaming out the back and front grill. We took it apart and cleaned the pieces and made sure nothing was clogged but it is still not working correctly. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
