tunze nano ato not working

alright so I have the tunze nano ato, when I first got this product, it was working fine, however after a few months it would not refill automatically, so if I want it to fill up I have to unplug and plug in the processing unit to fill it up, then it will still not fill automatically, so if anyone could help me with this I would be extremely thankful, this is really dang annoying

If your system is under 2 years old they might be able to replace it for you. I had my pump go out on my set up and they replaced it and mailed it to me for free in only 2 days. Reach out to them and let them know what’s going on and they should help.

sounds good, i've had it since the end of november so i should be able to have them send me a new one or something, i'm waiting for them to get back to me with an email, thanks for helping out!

If your using an optical sensor, this will wear out generally in the 6-14 month range.

I had the exact same issue and fixed it but can't remember how, I know it isn't helpful but I'm trying to think about it and will come back if I can recall!

I’m having this same issue on just the second day of use. How did you get it fixed? Come home and it did not pump water. I have to unplug it for a moment and plug it back in and it works fine. I would rather not have to do that everyday.
