Tunze nano osmolator problem

So I have a nano osmolator and it's been working great for a few months then all of the sudden it won't go and just pulses every 10 seconds. Anybody have any idea whats wrong?

Pump could be going out. That happened to mine after a year. Contact customer support. My friends have had success with them fixing the issue.
