Am I missing something with these? I have 3 tunze nanostream 6095 pumps and I have 3/4 inch thick glass so I had to get the magnet extenders. How do these work? Am I supposed to put the magnet that came with the tunze pump on the outside of the tank and use this one as well so they are additive? Or do I just use the magnet extender with the magnet attached to the tunze pump?
When I tried that it held for a little while but did fall off the tank, almost seems like the magnet extender was magnetizing but also repelling a little bit. Anyone have these magnet extensions that can tell me what to do? I don’t want to experiment with them because they are so hard to separate. Thanks!
